Event Assistant/ Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role involves logistical tasks, vendor communication, on‑site assistance, and ensuring events run smoothly under the guidance of an Event Manager. Responsibilities: Assist in event planning, including venue research, vendor coordination, and timeline creation Communicate with clients, vendors, and attendees to provide updates and resolve issues Prepare event materials Track expenses and maintain event budgets Assist with post‑event tasks Requirements: Experience in event marketing and management / exhibition / public relation / corporate communication is preferred Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Strong communication skill and good at Cantonese, English and Putonghua PC and internet literate with good Microsoft Office skills Account Executive / Senior Account Executive An Account Executive / Senior Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts. This role combines strategic sales, relationship management, and market analysis to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Prepare proposals and pitching projects Plan, organize and execute marketing events and campaigns Liaise with clients, suppliers and designers Requirements: High Diploma or relevant discipline with working experience; lesser experience will be considered as junior position Experience in event marketing and management / exhibition / public relation / corporate communication is preferred Strong communication skill and good at Cantonese, English and Putonghua PC and internet literate with good Microsoft Office skills Able to work independently and under pressure Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
