Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to continuously improve profitability. Deliver the assigned gross profit budgets for the territory. Lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, solutions, tech/IT, and finance to create solutions for potential customers. Timely register sales opportunities in CRM to maintain an updated customer database and track progress of the sales pipeline. Follow up accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from customers. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections. Requirements Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales within the freight forwarding / logistics industry. Proven track record in new business development. Self‑motivated and results‑driven attitude. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM.
