Assistant Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Explore, develop new accounts and establish sales contact to maximize company sales and profit. Assist in deriving sales plans to achieve the sales goals and maximize business development opportunities. Maintain sustainable relationship with existing customers. Negotiate trading terms and prepare sales quotations. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to monitor eyewear product development projects. Other ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Requirements Degree in Business/ Merchandising/ Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline. Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience with supervisory or managerial level, preferably in eyewear, toys and electronic products. Knowledge in eyewear development or product engineering is a definite advantage. Good communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin. Occasional travel is required. More experience will be considered as Business Development Manager.
