We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (Part‑time) to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in our Hong Kong office. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team where your contribution will directly support executive decision‑making, drive office efficiency, and help shape the overall employee experience. Role & Responsibilities Executive Support Manage executive’s calendar and appointments Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive Prepare reports, presentations, and expense reports Anticipate and address executive’s needs proactively Office Operations Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and supplies Develop and implement policies and procedures Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements Continuously seek opportunities to enhance office efficiency Administrative Duties Greet visitors, manage calls, mail, and package deliveries Liaise with vendors, service providers and partners Support the accounting department with invoicing and expense tracking Prepare payroll and MPF Assist with HR tasks, such as employee records and onboarding General Support Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management Provide back‑up support to staff as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company and employee information Requirements Experience: 5 years or above in an executive assistant or administrative role is preferred. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Bookkeeping Knowledge: Basic understanding of bookkeeping and administrative processes. Personal Traits: Reliable, Trustworthy, Responsible, Attention to detail, Adaptability, and a team player with a "Can‑Do" attitude. Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential. Computer Literacy: Competence in MS Office suite and familiarity with office equipment. Availability: Immediate availability or short notice will be highly preferred.
