HR Business Partner (Focus on Talent Acquisition & Training) – Web3 Cregis is a Web3 solution platform, specializing in crypto asset management tools and solutions since 2017. We've served over 3,200 clients, including exchanges, blockchain projects, and crypto funds, with a daily on-chain transaction flow exceeding $30 million. Key Solutions We offer four key solutions: Institutional Self-Custody MPC Wallet – Secure digital asset storage for institutions. Crypto Payment Gateways – Seamless crypto payment processing for merchants. Up to 60% Discounted TRON Energy – Cost-effective TRON blockchain transactions. Recruitment Develop and execute global recruitment strategies, focusing on Web3, blockchain, and digital asset industries. Partner with head to deeply understand talent needs and optimize the hiring process for efficiency and quality. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and strengthen Cregis’s employer brand. Manage and optimize recruitment channels to attract top global talent. Training & Development Design, implement, and manage the company’s training system, including onboarding, skills development, and leadership programs. Develop annual training plans and budgets aligned with business goals and organizational strategy. Deliver engaging bilingual (English & Chinese) training sessions that enhance team performance and cultural alignment. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and methods. Provide guidance and management support to internal teams on recruitment and training best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment and training. Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, or tech recruitment preferred. Strong track record in building and implementing corporate training systems. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), able to conduct bilingual interviews and training sessions. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Passion for innovation, decentralization, and the Web3 ecosystem.
