Renowned for its innovative product development and global distribution network, this company operates a diversified business model, focusing on delivering high-quality goods through strategic partnerships and a robust supply chain across multiple regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner to diverse business units, driving HR operations and planning within a global, fast-paced environment. Job Description Act as a trusted strategic partner to diverse business units, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives. Lead recruitment planning and execution for frontline and corporate functions, including job design, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Work closely with business leaders to communicate and align on workforce planning and strategic HR plans, ensuring resources meet organizational goals. Review and revamp commission schemes, providing expert advice on structure and planning to enhance motivation and performance alignment. Provide guidance and advice on HR planning to other regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with company regulations and policies across the organization. Consolidate and prepare HR reports for management, including workforce metrics, planning outcomes, and other business partner project updates. Ensure all HR activities adhere to Hong Kong labor laws, regional regulations, and internal company policies, maintaining high standards of governance. Support ad hoc HR projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational and strategic improvements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and strategic planning, preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environment. Proven expertise in recruitment management, workforce planning, and commission scheme design. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse business leaders and regional teams. Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable. Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis. Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regional HR practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
