Responsibilities Responsible for key positions' recruitment including end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, with a focus on operational, logistics, and corporate functions critical to our e‑commerce supply chain. Serve as an HR Business Partner, liaise between HQ HR and regional/local office managers in all aspects of HR professional areas. Working independently to complete training, retention, and yearly career planning by using an effective performance management tool to facilitate performance management, career planning, and retention strategies to boost team efficiency. Diagnose the existing structure and personnel aligning with the company's latest strategic direction, make feasible recommendations to management to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee core HR operations, including approvals for attendance, leave, and remuneration, and manage overseas HR vendors to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll and benefits cycles. Lead regional & local HR initiatives and support the rollout of global HR projects. Region Coverage: Key market in APAC, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and South Korea. Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR, TA + HRBP qualities are preferred. Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Regional HR work exposure is a plus, but not a must. Able to work independently, detail-minded and a good team player. Experience working in Chinese companies is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
