Our client is a market leader in the retail sector. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join the exciting team and drive people strategies that support operational excellence. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and department heads, translating business needs into HR solutions. Act as a business partner to provide professional HR support to line manager and frontline staff in order to foster talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, handling staff issues and employee relations and performance management. Work closely with line managers with proactive and consultative approach in executing manpower planning in recruitment. Formulate and implement HR initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives. Build relationship with internal and frontline staff and assist to resolve any store level staff issues. Work with C&B team to execute HR administrative duties. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Degree holder in Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related disciplines. 10 + years' experience in HR management with exposure in retail or FMCG industry. Extended network to facilitate manpower resourcing and talent acquisition strategies. Experience in frontline recruitment is a plus. Good presentation and communication skill, strong in execution and project management. Highly flexible personality and strong adaptability. Detail-oriented, good numeric and analytical sense. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua. (Written Chinese is essential) Company Overview Amazin Consultants is specialized in Recruitment and HR Services in Asia.
