Regional Channel Sales Operations Manager - (based in Hong Kong) Our client is one of the Global Software Vendors. They are seeking talents who have solid experience in APAC channel operations for sizable IT vendors. Responsibilities Support Channel Program Management and In-Country Channel Sales to drive business strategies and operational goals for APAC region Ensure contracts and pricing follow the global channel program guidelines Cooperate with APAC sales operations team for channel dashboard, planning, and reporting Collect and analyze business data for regional channel business reviews and sales forecast in order to track and monitor business performance Monitor the channel sales processes, tools, system and policies, and provide advice for further improvement Serve as APAC representative and communicate with international channel operations key to ensure alignment of the requirements Requirements Bachelor degree holder in IT, Business or other related disciplines Min 8-10 years’ experience working in or with a Channel Sales Operation of global IT vendor with APAC experience Excellent skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment Good understanding of Resellers and software partner relationships Strong business and finance acumen (financial modeling, cash-flow, P&L, balance sheet), with knowledge of APAC and global economics Mature, detailed-oriented with good interpersonal skills Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel with data analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English Flexible in working hours for after hour regional conference #J-18808-Ljbffr
