Become part of the Kukri Sports Team. The Regional Country Manager – Asia will lead Kukri Sports’ commercial and operational strategy across the Asia region, with a particular focus on the bespoke teamwear and education markets. Based in Hong Kong, you will manage local sales and service teams, strengthen partnerships across schools, universities and sports organisations, and drive sustainable growth in a competitive market. The role requires a commercially driven leader who can build high‑performing teams, cultivate key partnerships, and ensure operational excellence. Job Description Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth across the Asia Region. Manage and develop the Hong Kong‑based team, setting clear objectives, KPIs and performance standards. Drive sales within the bespoke teamwear and education sectors, identifying new market opportunities and long‑term partnerships. Strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing support, service excellence and contract renewal leadership. Oversee the delivery of service standards, ensuring on‑time orders, exceptional customer experience and high‑quality product outcomes. Collaborate closely with global teams in Sales, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain and Product to support growth and execution. Forecast regional sales performance, pricing strategies and commercial profitability. Represent Kukri Sports at key regional events, trade shows, meetings and presentations. Ensure accurate contract management, tender responses and commercial proposals. Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Group Executive Team. Travel regionally where required to support growth and customer relationships. Skills/Experience 6+ years’ commercial or leadership experience in sports, apparel, licensing, education, or related industry. Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally in customised sportswear or B2B services. Experience managing and developing teams in fast‑paced commercial environments. Strong client relationship skills and ability to negotiate multi‑year partnerships. Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of operational processes including sales cycles, pricing, forecasting and customer experience delivery. Results‑driven and financially literate with understanding of commercial margins and KPIs. Confident in working cross‑functionally across global teams. Willing to engage in business travel across Asia. Passion for sport, education partnerships and high‑performance culture.
