Regional Sales Manager (HongKong & Macau) This position will be key for Hong Kong and Macau region. He/She will be in charge of Manage the sales system in the Hong Kong and Macau markets to enhance market positioning. Develop key accounts and promote high-end solutions. Responsibility Oversee channel management to improve market coverage. Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies. Drive key projects and key account development. Collaborate with the marketing department to align customer outreach with Aginode' strategy. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform decision-making. Support distributors in enhancing the Aginode brand presence. Expected Result Achieve sales and margin targets through effective sales activity Continuously optimize the channel system for broader market reach. Strengthen the Aginode brand image in the region alongside the marketing team. Provide daily support and service to key partners and customers. Annual turnover: RMB 20 million. Requirements Strong sales capability with a proactive mindset. Proven channel management skills to motivate and optimize performance. Excellent relationship management abilities for key partnerships and accounts. Knowledge of IT, ELV, and data center markets and applications. Familiarity with structured cabling markets. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with managerial experience preferred. Fluency in written Chinese and English.
