Senior Key Account Executive (Beauty/Cosmetic) My client is a rapidly expanding cosmetics company with six prominent brands and established offices in mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore, while also experiencing swift growth in North America. To support their continued expansion in Hong Kong, they are hiring a Senior Key Account Executive, reporting to the Sales Manager. The primary focus will be on Modern Trade and exclusive retail store channels. They are seeking a young, dynamic, and ambitious candidate to join their inclusive and supportive team, offering a competitive salary and a promising career path. About the Role Drive sales growth and profitability in designated business areas Plan, implement, and assess sales-related promotional activities Build and maintain strong customer relationships while exploring new business and channel opportunities Track account/channel profitability and selling expenses, and support the development of strategies to optimize business opportunities Assist the Sales Manager in effective sales forecasting and ensuring stable stock availability Collaborate with various sales and support departments to enhance operational competitiveness The Successful Candidate Bachelor's degree holder 1+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or other competitive industries is preferred Knowledge of Hong Kong's dynamic retail landscape, with a preference for experience in the food and beverage sector Strong communication and presentation skills Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage Click Apply Now to apply for this position or call Jack Lee at for a confidential discussion.
