Senior Key Account Manager

Position Summary The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the relationship with Mannings & Watsons, our primary key account. This role is dedicated to ensuring that all sales and marketing strategies are executed effectively, with a focus on managing risks and identifying opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored promotional activities, manage account-related spending, and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders at Mannings & Watsons. Responsibilities Oversee the growth and development of the Mannings & Watsons accounts, ensuring that sales targets are met and strategic objectives are achieved. Manage the full spectrum of the account's needs, from sales growth to risk management. Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders at Mannings & Watsons, ensuring alignment on business objectives and priorities. Work closely with the Sales Manager, Brand team, and eCommerce team to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to Mannings & Watson, ensuring timely and effective execution. Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, ensuring alignment with account objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Brand, and eCommerce, to develop and implement account-specific initiatives that align with business objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Key Account Management, specifically in FMCG or retail sectors. Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on large retail accounts. Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders in key accounts. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making. Ability to manage budgets and promotional spending effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales and marketing. Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with a focus on achieving targets.
