Role Overview Our client areseeking a visionary leader to drive excellence in enterprise application management. This role blends strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and team development to deliver transformative business value through technology. Key Responsibilities Inspire and lead a high-performing project management team Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Build strong relationships with business leaders to align technology with strategic goals Measure and improve stakeholder satisfaction through regular feedback loops Manage and evolve the enterprise applications portfolio to meet current and future needs Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, strategic fit, and risk Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and integration Develop strategic partnerships with key vendors Align vendor roadmaps with business objectives Collaborate with sourcing teams to optimize vendor negotiations Ensure applications meet legal, regulatory, and industry standards Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for systems and data Manage application budgets with a focus on efficiency and value delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field 15+ years in IT, including 5+ years in enterprise application leadership Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, Sourcing, Supply Chain are strongly preferred Proven success in digital transformation and large-scale regional scale project delivery Deep expertise in ERP, CRM, Data Warehousing, and mission-critical systems PMP certification required Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese are highly desirable Skilled in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Change management expertise Strong judgment and ability to lead through complexity Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement Focused on delivering measurable business and customer value Ability to engage and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders If you believe you have the right skills, attitude and experience please click 'apply now' below and upload your resume.
