About the Team You will be integral to a lean, highly productive, and high-performing team dedicated to driving new business growth across North Asia, specifically focusing on Hong Kong, South China, and Taiwan markets. This collaborative group operates with speed, autonomy, and a shared goal of capitalising on the immense data centre and interconnection demand in this critical market. Success is built on strong local knowledge, existing network connections, and proactive execution. The Role As an Enterprise Sales Director, your mission is to forge and cultivate deep C-level relationships to secure new logo business within the target verticals across Hong Kong, South China, and Taiwan. You will be the face of our cutting-edge Data Centre solutions, translating complex technical needs into compelling business value, and leveraging your strong regional network to deliver measurable revenue growth. Existing network within Banking & Financial Services, OTT/EV or Technology industries will be an advantage. Skills & Experiences Required Regional Expertise: You must possess strong, established connections and demonstrable experience working within the Data Centre, Telecom, or IT solutions ecosystem across Hong Kong, South China, and Taiwan. Experience & Sales Acumen: At least 7-10 years of quantifiable experience in direct, B2B, relationship-driven, new logo acquisition sales within the collocation, cloud solutions, IT services, telecommunications, or a related technology vertical. Executive Relationship Building: Demonstrable experience in C-Level selling and C-level relationship development within global clients, particularly those operating complex, matrix-driven structures. Industry Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of big data trends (Internet of Things, Social Media, Content, Cloud Adoption) and a strong understanding of the data and mobile communications industry is essential. Technical Solutioning: Demonstrable experience in applying knowledge of Hybrid, Private, and Public Cloud architectures to sales solutions, including understanding the implementation and management of these solutions.
