Our latest venture, Forty‑Five at Landmark, spans three floors and 20,000 sq.ft., offering five experiential concepts where art meets gastronomy. We specialize in creating, identifying, and managing original F&B concepts across Asia. Key Responsibilities Deliver first‑class guest services to members, VIPs and the public. Handle guest reservations and inquiries in a professional manner. Build and maintain solid relationships with regulars, VIPs and potential VIPs through recognition. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent standards of service in a competent and professional manner. Liaise with the restaurant manager and internal parties to ensure excellent service delivery. Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all logistical details are managed. Deal with ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree / diploma in food and beverage, hotel or hospitality management or related disciplines (preferred). 1‑5 years relevant experience in a top‑tier hotel/club/lounge (experience in a top‑tier restaurant or hotel is a definite advantage). 1‑2 years event experience is a must. Service‑oriented, self‑motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude. Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Guest Services Officer. Benefits Annual leave & statutory holidays.
