Job Responsibilities
  • Curate and implement innovative strategies for catering sales, promotions, and product development for wedding banquets, and business and social events to drive revenue growth for the Group
  • Lead the teams at six properties, overseeing the sale of over 100 function rooms, to achieve the annual banquet budget aligned with corporate goals
  • Analyse and manage monthly banquet sales forecasts to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded, proactively identifying and addressing opportunities and risks
  • Provide dynamic and assertive leadership to maximise banquet revenue potential, inspiring the team to achieve outstanding results in the focused segments
  • Work closely with the F&B leadership teams to ensure exceptional food and service quality and operational efficiency, developing strategies to boost departmental profit margins
  • Collaborate with room sales teams to uncover and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, driving additional revenue streams
  • Organise and participate in customer events, trade shows, and sales missions to strengthen and expand key internal and external relationships, particularly in the wedding banquets sector
  • Partner with wedding planners to cross-sell services and engage KOLs to promote events online, enhancing visibility and driving sales
  • Provide strategic recommendations for capital additions to enhance decorations and A/V equipment, ensuring exceptional event experiences
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Hospitality, Event Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 15 years' relevant event sales experience with at least 7 years in a management position
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate others; extroverted, self-driven, and leads by example
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, coupled with a wide social network
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to drive decision-making and achieve goals
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
