Business Development/B2B Sales Manager (SaaS | Financial Services) Join to apply for the Business Development/B2B Sales Manager (SaaS | Financial Services) role at HR TechX Corp. 2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Sales Attract new clients to open accounts and process their payments. Initiate and lead meetings with key decision-makers, handling the sales process from researching the contact to signing an agreement for account opening. Actively search for potential clients, conduct cold outreach using various tools and systems, handle objections, and close deals. Meet monthly KPIs by creating a pipeline of clients. Partnership Building Create a pipeline of international partners. Negotiate and sign referral agreements with partners (secretarial companies, law firms and other service providers in different countries) from different jurisdictions. Experience And Skills Required Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership building . International Focus : Experience of working with international clients and partners, with the ability to establish trust and long term relationships. Negotiation & Drive : Strong negotiation skills and an inner strong drive to hit targets and grow the business. Language : Proficient English skills are required. Compensation And Benefits Work Arrangement : Full-time work, which can be remote or on-site if in Hong Kong . Schedule : Scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm . Compensation : Competitive base compensation and performance-based incentives . Development : Partial compensation for training and certifications after a year with the company. Team & Projects : Join a collaborative team of professionals from different backgrounds and participate in international financial projects .
