-Responsibilities: 

  1. Maintaining employee records in different HR databases (HR system/staff list/ staff library,etc). 
  2. Assist in staff on-boarding/off-boarding/probation/contract renewal formalities. 
  3. Assist in coordination of candidate interviews and internal employee interviews for insights. 
  4. Prepare reference check replies for exited staff. 
  5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 -Requirements: 

  1. Degree in HR/BA/Management or related disciplines is preferred. 
  2. Detail oriented, accountable, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  3. Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is plus. 
  4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. 
  5. Able to commit at least 5 half-day per work week / 3 full days per work week (including Monday & Friday). 
  6. Hourly rate HKD 100
