Your role

We're looking for an digital content specialist to:
• Manage content and development of strategic initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product, business and regional teams to execute
• Take ownership of end-to-end content creation process and project management for a digital initiative.
• Activate key stakeholders to ensure relevance of content to business needs and priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on investment content for future projects

Your team
You'll be working in the Chief Investment Office APAC, Circle One by UBS team in Singapore or Hong Kong. Our dynamic team consists of a diverse mix of product content specialists and sales management professionals with a reputation for creativity, excellent execution, and innovation.

Circle One is focused on creating investment content to support investment advisory activity:
• Bring the best ideas from the UBS Global Network in digestible formats to clients and client advisors
• Ensure relevance of content topics to sales priorities and market needs by coordinating inputs along the value chain

Your expertise
• 2-year experience in Wealth Management or Communications and Project Management in the financial industry and/or media company
• Good understanding of financial markets, investment products and economic research
• Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (written and spoken) to support the content creation
• Experience in interacting with senior management, managing different stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Solution-orientated, perseverance, initiative and a strong drive are key attributes to be successful in the role
• Strong PowerPoint skills
