About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Designer to join our team at Crypto. As a Digital Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and visually appealing digital content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with our Growth team to create cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid performance media channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.
  • Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support your team in the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals.
  • Develop compelling visuals and content with AI Tools.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
  • Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Working Knowledge of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous.
  • Experience or knowledge of AI Tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
  • Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is definitely advantageous.
