We're on a mission to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone, and we need a talented Digital Content Designer to help us achieve this vision. As a key member of our Growth Creative team, you'll play a crucial role in crafting engaging and visually stunning digital content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Compelling Digital Content: Design and create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that align with our brand guidelines and captivate our audience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Growth, Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams to create cohesive and effective creatives that drive our digital paid performance media channels.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest design tools, emerging technologies, and industry trends to ensure our digital content remains innovative and of the highest quality.
  • Optimize for Digital Platforms: Ensure our content is optimized for various digital platforms, providing a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
  • Work with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support Team Creativity: Contribute to the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals.
  • Develop Compelling Visuals with AI Tools: Utilize AI tools to develop compelling visuals and content.
Requirements
  • Degree in Design or Related Field: Hold a diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in Digital Design: Possess at least 6 years of experience in digital design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Demonstrate a performance-driven mindset and experience with performance ads.
  • Industry-Standard Design Software: Be proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Working Knowledge of Figma: Possess a working knowledge of Figma.
  • Design Principles and Color Theory: Have a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience with Digital Channels: Have experience creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI Tools: Possess experience or knowledge of AI tools.
  • Up-to-Date with Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and have a passion for innovation in the digital space.
  • Fintech, Crypto, and NFT Knowledge: Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
