Sales Executive Job In HONG KONG

The Assistant Sales Manager (Inside Sales) will support the Sales Manager in overseeing and driving the success of the inside sales team. This role involves managing daily operations, leading a team of telesales representatives, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure high performance, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and target plans to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Client Management: Oversee the management of client accounts and relationships. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to enhance productivity.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the telesales team. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Manager role. (Experience in handling a team size of more than 20 members is a plus). Professional fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
