About Our Client
We are representing a fast-growing Chinese fintech company in Hong Kong. Due to the growth plan, they are looking for an Office Admin Executive to support facilities management, renovation project, and space management.
About the Role
As an Office Admin Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office environment is efficient, safe, and conducive to productivity. Your primary duties will include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office facilities, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Manage office renovation projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.
- Handle procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective workplace organization, including floor plan optimization to enhance employee productivity and collaboration.
- Assist in budgeting for facilities and renovation projects, tracking expenses, and providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for a safe work environment.
The Successful Candidate
- Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong background in vendor management and procurement processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing renovations or similar projects.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and dynamic.
- Able to multi-task and with a strong can-do spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese.
