Officer, Policy Administration (General Insurance) Post Date 24/12/2024 Division General Insurance Department/Branch Underwriting & Policy Admin (DSI)
Process instructions from handlers and issue policy with related documents in a timely and accurate manner in day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle policy documents for new business, renewal, and endorsement with company standards in terms of lead time and accuracy.
- Prepare policy documents for dispatch.
- Liaise with internal customers on policy administration-related issues.
- Participate in projects and perform user acceptance testing to enhance efficiency and quality of policy service.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in the insurance industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in PC skills in MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Good typing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in General Insurance is preferable.
