Insurance Policy Administrator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing secretarial functions to our PCM department;
- Provision of accounting support;
- Data input and filing;
- System updating;
- Responding to underwriter/customer enquiries and providing solutions and information within the standard service time;
- Ensuring accuracy and review procedures for continuous improvement;
- Participating in daily administrative and coordination duties;
- Responsible for policy issuance;
- Cooperating with GZSS to meet deadlines and expectations of services;
- Other ad hoc assignments.
You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For- A higher diploma degree or above;
- 2 years of experience in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support;
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese;
- The ability to speak in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- PC literate and able to type quickly;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Self-motivated and eager to learn;
- Responsible and patient.
