Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the first point of contact and provide technical repair services for our products (1st level service) in China and Hong Kong.
  2. Visit, support, and inform existing customers and partners about technical aspects of our products.
  3. Create reports on visits.
  4. Prepare and actively participate in various watch and microtechnology trade fairs in China and Hong Kong.
  5. Accompany sales partners on customer visits in China and Hong Kong.
  6. Supervise specific projects in close contact with the Customer Service Centre in Switzerland.

  8. Plan and realize trips domestically and internationally.
  9. Actively search for new customers.

Qualifications:
  1. Solid technical knowledge with a diploma (ideally as a watchmaker).
  2. Good knowledge of the watch industry with an existing network in the area.
  3. At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  4. Strong customer orientation and good negotiating skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and sociability with a strong ability to listen.
  6. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (alternatively also French or German).
  7. Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
