Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact and provide technical repair services for our products (1st level service) in China and Hong Kong.
- Visit, support, and inform existing customers and partners about technical aspects of our products.
- Create reports on visits.
- Prepare and actively participate in various watch and microtechnology trade fairs in China and Hong Kong.
- Accompany sales partners on customer visits in China and Hong Kong.
- Supervise specific projects in close contact with the Customer Service Centre in Switzerland.
- Prepare business proposals in cooperation with the commercial management.
- Plan and realize trips domestically and internationally.
- Actively search for new customers.
- Manage the customer portfolio.
- Ensure targeted support and satisfaction of our customers.
- Suggest developments for new products.
- Search for innovative solutions.
- Ensure a customer- and market-oriented external image for our company.
- Adhere to set deadlines.
- Complete work efficiently.
- Independently organize tasks within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Make decisions within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Solid technical knowledge with a diploma (ideally as a watchmaker).
- Good knowledge of the watch industry with an existing network in the area.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Strong customer orientation and good negotiating skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sociability with a strong ability to listen.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (alternatively also French or German).
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
