Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members and line departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate payroll and data analysis reports to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Payroll, C&B or HR reports.
- Experience gained in a sizable construction/engineering company would be an advantage.
- Familiar with MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing.
- Familiar with HRIS.
- Detailed-minded, well-organized, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- A good team player.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
