- Assist the HR Manager in a policy revamp project, collaborating with external consultants to enhance and upgrade the overall HR policies and procedures (P&P) structure of the bank.
- Liaise with various teams (Bank, People Centre of Excellence, shared services) to ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regulatory documents in a centralized repository.
- Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports or surveys as requested by local regulators.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting necessary documentation. Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and internal policy changes. Conduct proactive read-across and gap analyses to address gap(s) if necessary.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Language studies or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR governance, compliance, or a related HR function, or related fields for regulators, banks, brokers or financial institutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and maintaining documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with the ability to conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
