In charge of the end-to-end project management process, ensuring the smooth execution of the outsourcing initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, define project scope, and establish timelines and milestones.Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and requirements related to the Products/Operations efficiency/digital transformation projectsCollaborate with external vendors to establish effective partnerships Conduct vendor assessments, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors meet performance expectationsClosely monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersIdentify and address any project risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessaryEnsure the outsourcing projects align with the organization's overall business objectivesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and identify potential areas for process improvement skills & experiences required Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager (insurance operation or product-related projects)Strong knowledge of insurance vendor management principles, best practices, and industry standardsExcellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a deep understanding of insurance contract terminology and provisionsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail To apply online, please click on the link.
