  • Process and review accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing payment vouchers.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, such as invoicing, reconciling customer accounts, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated financial records, including general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the procurement team, to ensure timely processing and payment of invoices.
  • Communicate with external vendors and customers to resolve payment-related queries and issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor degree holder in Finance / Accounting or other relevant major
    • 3 years of relevant experience
    • CPA Finalist would also be considered
    • Fluent in English and Chinese
