Our client is a large organization who is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Digital Performance Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the organization's lead generation and customer acquisition goalsOversee the planning and implementation of performance-driven campaigns across search, social, email, and content marketing channelsContinuously analyze campaign data and insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix for maximum ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, web, and product, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experienceStay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovationManage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to drive high performanceReport on campaign performance and present data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong track record of delivering growth and optimization, such as A/B testingProficient in search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketingExcellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and web analytics tools, such as Sitecore, Umbraco , MS Dynamics 365, Google Analytics4 , Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Firebase, and Radica RiManggis, Eventxtra and Wufoo Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
