Your role
• Handle customer’s enquiries & hotel reservations
• Upsell vocation package via incoming calls
• No need to make warm/cold calls
• Perform shift duties within 09:00 – 21:00 including weekends and public holidays
• 5-day work per week
• Working Location: Sheung Wan

To succeed in this role
• Form 5 Graduate or above
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills with good telephone manner
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
