Major Role & Responsibilities: 

To monitor the Team in smooth running of all operations, including training support, report generation, performance tracking, budgeting etc. To allocate Team resources to ensure smooth running of daily operation To ensure the logistic support to daily training activities in complying with regulatory requirement To monitor the office administration and supervise the clerical staff To develop long-term plans for the administration team in order to accomplish the training mission Review the training manual periodically to ensure the process updating To link training operations with other organizational units To provide data analysis for management reporting To manager projects being assigned by Management To coach junior staff on daily task so as fostering staff development and meeting team goals To prepare and develop the Learning Management System
Your Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

University degree of any discipline At least 7 years relevant working experience, preferably in insurance or banking industry Good leadership and coaching skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good service mindset and problem solving skills Work under pressure and self-motivated Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
