Classy Wheeler Limited is an established food and beverage company with operations around the globe. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Operations in Hong Kong.
  • The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, including recruitment, benefits administration, employment contracts, and payroll management.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing staff data, leave records, and monthly payroll, including salary, commission, and MPF administration.
  • Drafting and executing HR letters and regulations, preparing monthly reports, and yearly appraisal documents.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and frontline shops to provide administrative support and resolve issues.
  • Formulating and implementing internal regulations, drafting supporting documents, and maintaining office safety and security.
  • Liaising with external suppliers and IT providers for technical and procurement-related matters.
  • Working closely with the accountant for accounting support and supervising office maintenance.
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system and arranging company activities, training, and staff relations initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HK employment laws, MPF, and taxation regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese language skills.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry and familiarity with FEHD regulations is desirable.
  • A willingness to work overtime when required and immediate availability is preferred.
