Objective:
Enhance skills and knowledge of frontline employees Drive sales performance and meet sales targets of the brand Maintain brand standards and consistency Support professional development of beauty consultants team Implement new product launches and techniquesMain Responsibilities:
Develop and design annual training plans and strategies for frontline employees, aligning with global guidelines, including product knowledge and soft skills (customer service, consultation, etc.) Coach the team using direct and supportive feedback to help them achieve sales goals Create and implement effective action plans Prepare and provide training materials and manuals Manage classroom education strategy, logistics, and attendance. Conduct field coaching to ensure knowledge and skills are applied in-store Focus on BC personalization, specialization, and expertise: identify individual BC development needs and propose implementation action plans Provide specific training based on company strategy or project requirements Plan and organize annual engagement activities for all staffRequirements:
Degree holder in any disciplines Candidate with 4 years or above related experience in Sales or Education in Beauty industry Strong managerial skills with ability to coach the teams Demonstrate good facilitation skills and ability to engage staff Positive mentality/attitude is a must Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong Self-initiative and well organized Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS applications especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Trainer-
