Summary:

The Senior Director, Customer & Digital Commerce HKTMM (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau & Mongolia) is responsible for managing and growing local and global accounts for the Coca-Cola Company. This individual will report to VP, Customer and Commercial Leadership, GC&M OU and work closely with local and regional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, profitability and increase market share.

What You’ll Do for Us

Customer Leadership

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key local and global customers.

Collaborate with local and regional teams to create and implement multi-year joint customer business plans that align with the overall business objectives.

Deliver NSR, volume, value share and profit targets.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Negotiate pay for performance agreements to ensure win-win solutions.

System Leadership

Own the relationship with our bottler teams across HKTMM markets for customer strategic plans. 

Negotiate and collaborate with Bottling partners to ensure alignment & execution to annual plans.

Ensure concise and timely communication, provide appropriate tools and execution tracking to our bottling partners and field team to ensure flawless execution of key strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive sales, increase beverage incidence and brand awareness within key customers.

Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to senior management & stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Lead, mentor and influence a team of account managers, both internally and with our bottling partners to ensure the successful execution of account plans.

Organizational Development

Lead an assigned team of 3-4 memberswith cross functional resources to deliver broad customer/channel capabilities (including selling skills, consumer insights and revenue management capabilities).

Owns people development including annual objective setting, capability development and ongoing performance enablement

Ensure organization effectively manages all resources and deliver key team objectives and goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a focus on global accounts.

Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions to address complex problems, and drive changes accordingly with partners and teams.

Must demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities (including making courageous choices, thriving in ambiguity, envisioning the future, applying an enterprise mindset, influencing across the network) and a successful track record of managing and developing a team of professionals.

Must be self-motivated and highly organized with a strong desire to deliver results.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Be open-minded to explore and learn, re-learn and unlearn from network teams

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage sales data to inform decision-making.

Familiarity with the beverage industry and the Coca-Cola brand is preferred.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key global account partners.
