To support the business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position: Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
  • Provide receptionist duties, administrative, clerical and logistic support to the office including couriers handling, equipment control, data entry and maintain filing system.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • F.5 / DSE or above, 2 years relevant experience.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing.
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skill.
  • Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
