We will count on you to (role responsibilities):


• Issue invoices, raise codes, and process payments to vendors


• Complete vendor procurement information to support tenders


• Ensure financial hygiene through reporting of WIP/AR to Finance team


• Process invoices with a value of approximately HKD3m


• Support reporting to global business solutions colleagues for cost allocations


• Assist with BIA/BCP procedures and documentation


• Support team initiatives and social activities

Support coordination of meetings, overseas and local visitors to the office including preparation of agenda and meeting schedule

What you need to have (key requirements):


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks, word processing, updating databases on tools such as Oracle Webcas, iprocurement, Workday.


• Proficiency in invoice processing and vendor management


• Ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently


• Good communication skills in English for basic conversation and document reading


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and communicate if there are hurdles to completing the tasks

• Previous experience in supporting marketing initiatives or RFP/pitch preparation


• Familiarity with basic financial reporting and analysis


• Fluent English and Cantonese


• Experience in a similar role or consulting industry


• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, in context of handling administrative tasks and systems
