Job Posting Details
The Academic Registry is looking for capable individuals to support the daily operations and events in various areas: program registration, course enrolment, credit transfer, examination and graduation. The appointee will be assigned to one of the areas above and responsible for record keeping and filing, handling enquiries, processing submissions from students and staff. They will also assist in the logistic arrangement of events such as program registration, final examinations, congregations, etc.
Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects attaining level 2 or above in the HKDSE. The successful candidate should possess a proactive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and be detailed-oriented. They should be a good team player with good communication skills including good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua and proficient in Microsoft Office solutions. Relevant work experience would be an advantage. (Duration: 3-6 months, renewable upon mutual agreement)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical benefits (where applicable) will be provided.
