What the day will look like

Support Head of Health Solutions on Account Management for key client relationships and follow up on client policy renewal necessaries with insurance partners Oversee Account Assistants Team’s day to day delivery of client services and ensuring quality of services Handle and organize team meetings and be responsible for event coordination Provide team service/administration support

Skills and experience that will lead to success

University graduate with minimum 3 years of working experience  Exceptional analytics and negotiations skills Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client communication skills Multi-tasker, able to work independently and as a team Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
