Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handle all life claims (Death, Critical Illness, Disability, Accident and Medical) including large and complex claims

Provide technical support to junior assessors, handle escalated claims issues, resolve disputes

Monitor the end-to-end claims processing workflow to ensure we meet our service standard

Conduct quality assurance to ensure all claims adhere to company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks.

Regular communication meetings with agents/ brokers for continuous improvement.

Job requirement

University degree holder or above

At least 5 years of experience in Life claims

Good understanding and knowledgeable on life products and operation procedures/requirement 

Qualified with LOMA and ICA examinations

Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Strong data analytical skill

Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
