The Opportunity:

Mattel is seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our Office Management Team. 

What Your Impact Will Be:

Perform receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling couriers. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk and in the waiting area. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, such as office equipment maintenance, office supplies inventory control, company shuttle online reservation system, reporting, budgeting, payment processing etc. Work closely with different internal departments, external service providers, vendors/suppliers & property management to ensure smooth operations. Monitor office maintenance to foster a work environment that is eco-friendly, engaging, efficient and safe. Support internal activities, events, and ad-hoc projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

High Diploma / associate degree or above with 1 to 2 years' relevant administration experience in sizable organizations.  Strong sense of responsibility, reliable, detail-minded, meticulous and committed to delivering quality results. Pleasant and willing to learn. Organized, analytical, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works. Good interpersonal skills and supervisory skills, a team player. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
