Senior Manager, Sales Excellence and Account Management

I. Position Summary
This role is primarily responsible for sales excellence in North Asia.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
Develop and implement Sales Excellence and enhance competencies of sales team
Provide tools and drive implementation in Sales and Sales management, such as CRM-IT, Value Selling systematics, Customer Industry approach, Development and execution on Account Plans, KPIs bank, customer visit report, sales pipeline, sales incentive plan, etc.
Drive Value based (solution-) selling and customer oriented cross unit collaboration in NA
Execute, report and coordinate all AM activities in NA (Nominations, AM-Selections
Assist in designing and optimizing sales organization/structure for region, countries and business lines
Assist in streamlining and simplifying selling process
Assist in implementing sales incentive plan for region, country and business line
Assist in deploying new services from global
Any other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifikationen
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
Bachelor degree and above.
At least 8 years experience in sales management/sales systematics, various industry experience is preferred
Familiar with all aspects about sales management and strong dedication to Sales
Strong influencing and convincing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including proficient business English
Self-motivated, resourceful and energetic.
Good at training and presentation skills
Good command of English and Mandarin
Experience in key account management is preferred
