We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Creative & Communication Director to serve as the head of our PR, Social Media, Corporate Communications, and Design functions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading these teams and collaborating closely with brand teams to ensure alignment on the overall branding strategy. We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader who can drive creative excellence, effective communication, and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Main scope:

1. Media Plan & Operation: Media Agency Management, Media Placement & Planning, Competitive Analysis

2. Advertising Production: Agency Management, KOLs MGT, PA, Hair Make Up, Costume, Props, Copywriting, Art Direction, Editing Direction, Creative Development

3. PR / Corp Communication: Group PR Events, Media Relations, Crisis Management, Internal & External Corp Communications

  1. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the PR, social media, corporate communications, and design teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive individual and team growth.
  2. Cross-department Messaging: Work closely with brand, digital, CRM, sales, HR and other teams to develop effective brand messaging that resonates with our target audience and consistently reflects our brand values and proposition.
  3. Brand Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with brand teams to understand their objectives and ensure alignment on the overall branding strategy across PR, social media, corporate communications, and design functions.
  4. Media Production Expertise: Oversee the production team to ensure the creation of high-quality and engaging media content.
  5. PR Leadership: Oversee the PR team in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility, manage media relations, and drive positive brand perception.
  6. Social Media Management: Own a YouTube channel, create and manage social calendar and content for it. Support the digital team with other creative digital contents.
  7. Corporate Communications: Manage the corporate communications team in crafting and delivering clear and consistent messaging to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, and the media.
  8. Design Excellence: Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring the development of visually compelling and on-brand creative assets across various platforms and mediums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within Media Production, PR, social media, corporate communications, and design functions.
  • Candidates with solid agency / production house background would be a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into effective communication and design strategies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders towards a common branding vision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and design software is a plus.
