Responsibilities:Assist Front Office in daily administration works including preparation of reports, maintaining attendance records, assisting in leave applications, taking meeting minutes, data input, and filing.Answer and reply to all correspondence and guest surveys as directed by the Front Office Manager in a prompt and correct manner.Prepare all correspondence pertaining to the operation of the Front Office as directed by the Front Office Manager.Assist in answering guest calls and providing assistance to guests including taking room reservations, check-in, and check-out of guests whenever necessary.Assist in welcoming arriving guests and guiding queuing guests in the lobby whenever necessary.Requirements:Degree/Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.1 year of relevant experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry is an advantage.Pleasant, presentable, confident with an outgoing personality.Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.Interested candidates please click “ Apply Now ” or Whatsapp: 6468 1645.
