Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager in our new Business Process Improvement team, you'll be a key driver of operational excellence across our
operations . You'll achieve this by strategically implementing digital technologies and optimizing our processes, which span from
garment manufacturing to value-added services like co-creation, product innovation, and replenishment solutions.Your focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and re-engineering existing workflows using IT solutions to boost efficiency and reduce complexity. This role demands strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills, along with a natural curiosity for process improvement and new technology. You'll work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into clear deliverables, and lead the implementation of solutions that deliver real business impact.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate business process improvement opportunities with a digital-first mindset:
Collaborate with business units to understand current processes, gather requirements, and identify optimization opportunities through technology and vendor partnerships. This includes creating project-related documentation such as requirement documents, opportunity assessments, and project proposals.Assess existing processes for cost efficiency and other critical metrics:
Conduct analyses to identify improvement areas and recommend procedural changes, process adjustments, redesigns, and performance enhancements.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable IT deliverables:
Collaborate with the tech team to define KPIs, develop dashboards and analytics, and establish traceability for next-generation digital solutions.Spearhead automation projects to drive digital transformation and innovation:
Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, LLMs, IoT) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and foster continuous improvement. Conduct quick proof of concepts to evaluate the feasibility and potential of new ideas and technologies.Communicate effectively with Department Heads and Business Stakeholders:
Regularly present on processes, KPIs, analytics, and insights to ensure alignment and facilitate informed decisions.Stay abreast of the latest digital transformation trends and technologies:
Proactively research and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption and innovation.Experience, Skills, and Desired Qualities:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, business analysis, or management consulting with a demonstrable track record of successfully leading and implementing business process improvement and tech projects.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Demonstrated ability to be dynamic, tenacious, proactive, independent, and results-oriented.Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.Seniority level
