Develop and execute comprehensive program action and promotional plans.Lead a team in developing MCV business strategy especially in collaboration with different business units (internally and externally).Agency Engagement:Organize regular meetings with agency force and internal parties to collect suggestions, propose new initiatives, and monitor progress.Build and maintain relationships with key agency leaders to accelerate MCV recruitment and business via providing timely and tailored support.Handle inquiries from agencies, providing timely and accurate information.Event and Logistics Management:Organize recruitment seminars, events, and promotional campaigns as assigned by management.Oversee the logistics of various programs, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.Manage relationships with production houses and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.Performance Monitoring:Monitor the progress and results of programs and recruitment contests by preparing detailed reports and conducting data analysis.Expense control and effectiveness analysis.What we look for:Bachelor degree in Business Studies / Marketing or relevant disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years of management experience; preferably with agency recruitment / agency management exposure.Creative, proactive, and highly adaptable to changes in a fast-moving environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills and be a good team player.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
