As the second-in-command, you will collaborate closely to deliver exceptional results for high-profile events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of multiple events, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met.Oversee event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive project strategy and support key decisions.Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are achieved for all projects.Qualifications and QualitiesExtensive experience in event management or project direction, particularly with high-profile projects.Strong operational skills, with expertise in managing complex logistics and resources.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering accountability and high performance.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English; Additional language would be a plus.Seniority level
