The role covering HK, Macau, Vietnam and Philippines regions, ensures the correct production of all retail events, presentations, trunk shows, and other special events dinners in relation to the retail activities for Prada, working in the Prada retail team. Responsibilities Be directly responsible for all aspects connected to the conception and realization of events in cooperating with the relevant functions; Support the countries to interpret the creative briefs of the brands and ensure that the execution is in line with brand standards; Propose creative ideas on new retail event formats based on the market needs in Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and Philippines, and prepare retail event proposals for alignment with HQ; Manage the realization of events by searching locations, defining timings, setting budgets; be responsible for the supervision of service activities such as catering, security, casting, fittings, logistics, mailing lists etc.; Plan and review the event budget in the countries, monitoring the plans, activities, timing and realization costs; Seek the efficiency in managing and continuing to explore new vendors and suppliers for the implementation of events; Check competitors' activities in the areas of responsibility; Produce a qualitative and quantitative reporting on organized events in the relevant markets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing or a related field. Experience with event agency is an advantage. Proven work experience as an Event Manager in the luxury retail industry. Strong market acumen and good knowledge on the trend of luxury retail. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creativity and attention to detail in event planning and execution. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
